Spears to film 'Radar' video in London?

Britney Spears is planning to film the video for her new single 'Radar' in London, say reports.

According to her manager Larry Rudolph, Spears will co-direct the promo that will see her visiting a British nightclub.

Spears will meet a man inside the club, who she then attempts to track down around London.

Rudolph told the New York Post: "The theme is her and her girlfriends are going to be looking all around London trying to find a boy who she met in a club.

"Every time they think they have him, it's someone else."

He added: "She will be behind the camera as much as possible; she wants to make sure it's exactly right."

Maroon 5 and Rihanna remix single

Multi-platinum Grammy winning artists MAROON 5 and RIHANNA have recorded a stunning new rendition of Maroon 5s If I Never See Your Face Again. The song, which impacts radio on May 12 and will be available on digitally in May, will also be added to re-issued versions of both Maroon 5s platinum-plus-selling new album It Wont Be Soon Before Long (JULY) and Rihannas Good Girl Gone Bad: Reloaded, (JUNE 17th). The two recently shot a rich, eye-popping video for the song in Los Angeles with director Anthony Mandler (Fergie, 50 Cent, Jay-Z).
"Rihanna is the real deal, says Maroon 5 lead vocalist/guitarist Adam Levine. 'Umberella' made me excited about pop music again and we wanted to add that unique tone to the song. The minute she started singing in the studio I knew it was going to work. Her physical presence is undeniable and the concept of the video is amazing and unlike anything either of us have ever done."
Ive always been a fan of Maroon 5, adds Rihanna. I love the energy of the song and the lyrics are badass, so I was psyched to do it. About the video shoot, she says, It was a fun, but it was difficult to get serious for the seductive scenes because Adam and I are friends. We would bust out laughing on every other shotthat was the best part.

Paolo Nutini and the View join forces

Scots seem to stick together, even Scots who you wouldn't expect to. At least that's the lesson to be learned from the unlikely pairing of Dundee rockers the View and Paisley's prettiest crooner, Paolo Nutini.

Though the collaboration was meant to be a secret for the moment, one of the band's parents allowed his enthusiasm get the better of him.

Guitarist Pete Reilly's dad couldn't restrain himself before reporters this weekend, as the View played the Rockness festival by Loch Ness.

It started out innocently enough. "Trust me," the elder Reilly said to Xfm, "it's going to be worth waiting for. It's awesome."

But Reilly's father couldn't leave it at that. "I do believe that they actually kidnapped Paulo Nutini ... and they've done a duet - so there's a wee exclusive for you!"

Though the View's management later confirmed the duet, they expressed the wish that the news be kept secret, Xfm reported.

The View's second and as yet untitled album will be produced by Owen Morris, who helmed their breakthrough debut, Hats Off to the Buskers. Recording is understood to be taking place at Wales' Monnow Valley Studio.

Nutini is also expected to release a new album later this year.
